Martina McBride’s upcoming album, “Shine,” is scheduled for release on March 24! Here’s what martina has to say about the upcoming album in her online journal:
Turned the album in to RCA on Thursday! I'm so excited. We have an album cover and a name. It's going to be called "Shine". I love the name. It's such a strong, powerful word. There are two songs on the record where "shine" is used..."Ride" and another song called "I Just Call You Mine." It's also kind of a reference to the song "Sunny Side Up." AND it feels like what I am going to do with this record....shine! So, now we just have to wait until March 24th!

On a somewhat lighter note, Buck Owens may be gone he is certainly not forgotten. Storme Warren visits his adopted home of Bakersfield, CA with Martina McBride and the Owens' family as the city celebrates what would have been Buck's 79th birthday.
