Shine All Night Tour Martina McBride with Trace Adkins
NEWS
Martina McBride, who’s currently touring with Trace Adkins on the “Shine All Night” tour, explained the odd pairing: “He sings about badonkadonks. And I have a badonkadonk,” she told fans in Oakland, CA.
It turns out the pairing was more than just that -Adkins and McBride bring varying country sounds, and varying fans.
Adkins entertains the fans with rousing versions of “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” and “You’re Gonna Miss This” and features McBride floating above the audience in a moon structure to perform “Concrete Angel.”
Get your Martina McBride tickets while you still can! The pair are only on the road into April, with a few select rescheduled dates beyond that.

Highlights of Martina McBride’s set from the 2009 CMA Music Festival will air on ABC from 8-11 p.m. on Aug. 31. The show, “CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock,” will also feature the performances of other country stars, including Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Sugarland, Reba McEntire, Kid Rock, Darius Rucker, Brad Paisley, and many more.
The four-day festival has been released for TV audiences for the last five years, giving country music fans a chance to experience the festival if they couldn’t be there themselves. The show follows the performers, and also offers viewers a “behind the scenes” peek at some backstage moments.
Originally begun as “Fan Fair” in 1972, the CMA Music Festival has steadily grown, averaging about 4,000 more attendees from the festival’s previous year.

Martina McBride’s upcoming album, “Shine,” is scheduled for release on March 24! Here’s what martina has to say about the upcoming album in her online journal:
Turned the album in to RCA on Thursday! I’m so excited. We have an album cover and a name. It’s going to be called “Shine”. I love the name. It’s such a strong, powerful word. There are two songs on the record where “shine” is used…”Ride” and another song called “I Just Call You Mine.” It’s also kind of a reference to the song “Sunny Side Up.” AND it feels like what I am going to do with this record….shine! So, now we just have to wait until March 24th!
